During Christmas time they do festive afternoons teas which are incredible. The staff are absolutely brilliant so friendly and always serve with a smile. Special credit goes to Ellen the manager who is fabulous. A lovely bespoke find and definitely worth a visit.

Superb cakes - homemade, delicious, always a great range (vegan, scones, cakes, brownies, tray bakes), good portion size. There’s a good menu for breakfast and lunch. You go up to order and you can wait for drinks or they are delivered to your table. There’s a log fire in the main room.

Just returned from a fabulous afternoon tea. Lots of choice and all very fresh served on beautiful crockery. Top ups of tea or americano coffee as required and the option to add prosecco for those who desired. As good if not better than some we have had at well known Birmingham venues.

What a lovely little find. Very quaint surroundings, set amidst the potted plants and trees of the garden centre, and with a lovely little outdoor area with quite a lot of seating in the sun. Got a good sized and very well cooked Full English breakfast for 10, which seemed very reasonable to me given the quality of the food and how picturesque the surroundings are. Ingredients. Only took 10 minutes to arrive too! I'm far from a coffee connoisseur, but the latte I had was creamy and I had no complaints at all. The mostly young staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Parking was free and seemed plentiful. All in all I would very much recommend The Potting Shed. Also, I usually never like somewhere enough to bother to write a Google Review, so that should say something too. Or maybe I'm just in a good mood today. Who knows!
